奥地利GEBRUDERWEISS有限公司是奥地利最大和最古老的家族货运公司，自成立至今已有500多年的历史。德国ROHLIG有限公司于1852年在不来梅成立。
伟士德诚全球网络完善，至今已经在欧洲、美洲、非洲、澳洲、中东、东南亚的各地设140多家分支机构和150个合作伙伴，共有雇员4000多员工。每年将数以百万吨的货物安全，准时，经济地运送到客户的手中。
伟士德诚运输（中国）有限公司先后在上海、南京、宁波、青岛、大连、北京、乌鲁木齐、成都、西安等地设立办事处，构成内地服务网络，将中国南北部港口的出口运输紧密结合起来。公司于2003年成立有限公司并取得一级代理资格。并于2004年荣获国际质量认证书ISO9002。
